Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity

+VG’s History with DEI

Founded in 1972 by Carlos Ventin, a new Canadian of Argentine descent, +VG Architects has been committed to cultural diversity from its inception. Ventin’s appreciation for diversity was greatly influenced by his experiences working alongside Balkrishna Doshi, Le Corbusier, and Louis Kahn in India within an international team of architects. This legacy is vividly represented in our diverse team of professionals from various ethnic backgrounds, including Asian, African, Caucasian, and Hispanic. This showcases our enduring commitment to an inclusive workplace where creativity and cultural expression are not only valued but are a cornerstone of our professional ethos.

+VG’s Commitment to DEI
