A new gateway to Markham’s heritage.
The Collections Building expands the visitor centre and provides a gateway to the Markham Museum Pioneer Village.
Its prefabricated steel structure recalls the region’s industrial and agricultural buildings. Collection galleries, restoration studios, administration and covered outdoor activity space support museum programming. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
