House on West Lake Rosseau

Opening a cottage to light and landscape.

The renovation recasts a speculative neo-traditional house with a cleaner architectural expression. Decorative dormers and round-topped windows were removed as part of the transformation.

Larger windows improve daylight, views and natural ventilation. Moving the exterior stairs to the side elevations supports the revised composition, while the boathouse received a corresponding renovation.
