A home following the shoreline.
House on Cumberland Bay responds to a steep site with an elevated main living level that looks over a lakeside ridge.
An L-shaped plan separates the primary suite from the other bedrooms. An outdoor passage beneath a bridging part of the house connects the arrival area to the lake, while sports and garage buildings frame the approach.
